The key concept of Motion Physio's philosophy is Movement is Medicine! It is our belief that movement and activity is an essential ingredient in order to create a positive change in a person’s physical, emotional and mental status.
It is also our belief that preparation for performance follows an order or pathway i.e prepare to train, train to prepare, prepare to perform. Our aim at Motion Physio is to remove injury from the equation therefore focussing on pre-habilitation rather than rehabilitation.
My philosophy is to take regular and varied exercise in order to maintain a strong and robust skeletal system. With this in mind, the body is able to absorb greater external forces and perform to a higher standard.
